02About
A bookkeeper who builds systems, not just spreadsheets.
I'm a bookkeeper based in Las Piñas City, working remote with clients across the Philippines and beyond. My job is to make sure your numbers always tell the truth — and that you never have to wonder where the money is.
I work in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel. I keep ledgers reconciled, invoices logged, payroll cycles clean, and reporting on time. When something looks off, I flag it early — not after the fact.
If you're a small business owner who is tired of guessing whether the books are right, I want to talk.

03Services
Four things, done properly.
I keep my offer narrow on purpose. The work compounds — and your books get better every month, not just at year-end.
-
01
Bookkeeping & reconciliation
Daily entries, monthly reconciliations, clean chart of accounts. I close the books on a schedule you can rely on — not after a panic call.

02
Payroll processing
Bi-weekly or monthly payroll runs, payslip generation, statutory deductions tracked, bank transfers prepared. People paid right, on time, every cycle.

03
Accounts payable
Invoices logged, due dates tracked, vendor relationships maintained. Nothing goes unpaid past terms — and nothing gets paid twice.

04
Accounts receivable
Invoices issued, follow-ups sent, collections tracked, aging reports kept honest. I keep cash moving in the right direction.

04How I work
A monthly close, in four steady beats.
No surprises. Every month follows the same rhythm — so by month-three you stop thinking about the books at all.
01
Intake
Bank statements, receipts, invoices, and timesheets land in a shared Drive folder by the 5th. I review what's there, log clarifying questions before any entry is touched.
02
Entry & review
Daily entries through the second week, categorised against your chart of accounts. I reconcile bank, payroll, and credit cards as I go — not in one panicked block at the end.
03
Reconciliation
Week three: every account ties to its statement. Variances investigated and named, not buried. If something needs your eyes, you hear about it immediately.
04
Report
By the 28th: P&L, balance sheet, cash position, A/R aging, A/P aging — delivered in your inbox with a one-page summary you can actually read.
05What I bring
Six standards I hold to every client.
-
▢ 01
Ask before acting
I log clarifying questions before any entry is changed. You never discover a surprise in your ledger.
-
▢ 02
Systems, not just tasks
Folder structures, naming conventions, and SOPs that keep working after the engagement ends.
-
▢ 03
Documented everything
Every reconciliation has a note. Every adjustment has a reason. No "I'll remember why I did that."
-
▢ 04
Proactive flags
If a vendor is overdue or a payment looks off, you hear it the day I see it — not at month-end.
-
▢ 05
Accurate by default
Numbers are reconciled before they're reported. No estimates pretending to be totals.
-
▢ 06
Honest about limits
I won't pretend to know something I don't. If tax filing or audit needs a CPA, I say so plainly.
06Tools
Four tools, deep fluency in each.
I'd rather know four tools cold than fifteen tools shallowly. These four cover 95% of what a small business needs.
QuickBooks
Daily entries, reconciliations, P&L & balance-sheet reporting, payroll module.
— Online & Desktop
Xero
Cloud bookkeeping, multi-currency, bank feeds, invoice generation, A/R tracking.
— Cloud edition
Excel
Custom dashboards, payroll templates, audit trails, financial models — when QuickBooks isn't enough.
— Microsoft 365
Calendly
Discovery calls and monthly review meetings — booked in your timezone, not mine.
— Always on
07Contact
Let's get your books in order.
Two ways in. Book a 30-minute discovery call if you want to talk it through, or send a message if you'd rather write first. I read every one personally.
A 30-minute discovery call — no pitch, no proposal deck. We talk about where your books are now, what you need them to do, and whether I'm the right fit. You leave with clarity either way.

1
Pick a time
Slot opens in my Calendly. If a co-owner or partner makes financial decisions with you, bring them along.
-
2
Send the messy stuff
Bank login? Not needed. A recent P&L, your chart of accounts, or even a confused screenshot — that's enough to start.
-
3
Walk away with a plan
I leave you with a one-page summary: what's working, what's broken, and the first three things to fix. Use it however you want.
Tell me about your business and where the books are at. Don't worry about polishing — I'd rather hear the messy version. I'll reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
